  • Product Descriptions: We have made every effort to accurately display the colors, textures, and ingredients of our pet treats. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Product prices include all applicable U.S. taxes.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pet Health and Safety Disclaimer 

Please read the following carefully before feeding your pet:

  • Supervised Feeding: Pet treats should be fed under direct supervision of the owner. Please ensure your pet chews thoroughly before swallowing to avoid choking hazards.
  • Allergies and Health: Our pet treats may contain common allergens (such as chicken, beef, fish, grains, etc.). If you know your pet has food allergies or special health conditions, please read the ingredient list carefully before purchasing and consult your veterinarian.
  • Not a Meal Replacement: Our products are treats and are not intended to replace your pet's regular diet. Please feed in moderation based on your pet's weight, age, and activity level.
  • Veterinary Advice: If your pet experiences any adverse reactions (such as vomiting, diarrhea, or allergies) after consumption, please stop feeding immediately and contact your veterinarian. No information on this Site constitutes veterinary medical advice.
  • Limitation of Liability: You agree that the Company shall not be held liable for any pet health issues arising from your failure to follow the feeding guidelines above or from unknown health conditions of your pet.

5. Refund and Return Policy

  • Return Window: Because pet treats are food products, for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for defective, incorrectly shipped, or damaged-in-transit items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • How to Request: Please contact our customer service email support@meegeestore.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the product.
  • Refund Processing: Once we confirm the issue, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • No Returns Without Cause: Unless there is a quality issue with the product, we do not accept returns for subjective reasons such as "my pet doesn't like it" or "I ordered the wrong item."

6. Shipping and Delivery 

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Ships from the USA: Our products ship directly from our U.S. warehouse. There is no international shipping or customs clearance involved. You will not be charged any additional duties or import fees.
  • Lost or Damaged: If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and also notify us at support@meegeestore.com so we can assist you.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information we collect (such as name, address, and payment information) is used solely for processing orders, providing customer service, and improving our Services. We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform and third-party payment gateways such as PayPal. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy page.
